The Stack it Forward Program

We care about Mainers.

Stack it Forward is our way of showing up for you and your way of showing up for someone who needs help.

Thanks to our generous sponsors Lowell & Son Construction of Buckfield and Mountain View Vintage of Lewiston, we are able to increase our award size!

The Stack it Forward nomination puts your nominee into the 2026 pool to receive two cords of green wood delivered, those two cords stacked, two 35lb bags of our dried pine kindling, and two 10 packs of our firestarters- at no cost to the recipient. This is an $800 dollar value and we hope it brings relief to someone in need.

Stack it Forward Nomination Submission

Nominee must reside within Androscoggin County.
You may nominate yourself, family, a friend or even a stranger.
Please only 1 submission per person.

Please share who they are and why you are nominating them for the Stack it Forward selection in 2026.
This can be a surprise to the recipient or they can be informed prior to your nomination.
Please also include their name, contact information, and town of residence.

All nominations are due by June 1st 2026 so we can plan our schedule for the season.
Recipient will be chosen by June 15th 2026 by the Shae Stacks Wood crew and our sponsors.
